Job Description – BIM Modeler
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project requirements and design drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create and modify parametric Revit Families based on project requirements.
- Develop custom Revit Families with appropriate parameters, dimensions, constraints, and visibility settings.
- Convert design information and CAD drawings into accurate Revit models.
- Update BIM models and drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and project requirements.
- Follow project BIM standards, modeling guidelines, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and resolve basic modeling and coordination issues.
- Assist in preparing schedules, quantities, and model-based documentation.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of BIM deliverables within project timelines.
- Coordinate with BIM Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers to complete project deliverables.
- Support the team in developing efficient modeling workflows and improving project deliverables.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
- Experience in creating and modifying Revit Families.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and project documentation.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
