Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Bapat Multi-Specialty hospital
Key Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist , your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a polite and welcoming attitude• Manage patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment scheduling• Maintain and update patient details accurately in software/registers• Know accurate patient details including bed number, room category, and admission status and update accordingly• Handle incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to the appropriate department• Make follow-up calls to patients for appointments, feedback and reminders• Support department-specific calling tasks as required by management
(e.g., calling Gynecology patients, follow-up lists, promotional health camp calls, etc.)
- Collect payments, issue proper bills, and maintain accurate billing records• Maintain insurance files – ensure all documents, reports, and forms are attached, verified, stamped and filed systematically• Guide housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of reception & waiting areas• Collect patient reviews/feedback and report to management• Keep the reception desk clean, organised, and stocked with required forms/stationery• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policy• Ensure all electronic devices (computers, printers, swipe machines, telephones, tablets etc.) are charged and functioning; report issues to management• Assist with any small administrative tasks or duties assigned by management• Handle patient queries/complaints politely and escalate when necessary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
