Implementation Project Lead
Summary of the Role
You will support and guide the implementation of airline and travel solutions, working with customers and internal teams. You will translate business needs into system configurations, contribute to solution design, and help ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Apply project management practices (Project Management Office – PMO) and maintain key documentation such as Project Charter Document (PCD) and Post Implementation Review (PIR)
- Analyze customer systems and requirements, contributing to solution design and scope definition
- Support coordination across internal teams, partners, and customers to help deliver projects on time
- Prepare and review configuration and implementation documentation aligned with customer needs
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities, supporting actions that enhance delivery outcomes and customer experience
- Knowledge of airline operations, including departure control systems (customer management and load planning), self-service check-in, or ground handling systems
- Understanding of IT systems and architecture, with the ability to configure, validate, and support implementations
- Ability to review technical logs and identify solutions for customer needs
- Familiarity with system integration concepts such as APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), REST, SOAP, XML, messaging, or network connectivity
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and organize multiple work items effectively
