Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualiser to create high-quality 3D images and walkthrough animations based on client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D modelling, lighting, texturing, and rendering, along with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Project Requirements
- Collect project inputs such as AutoCAD drawings, reference images, and material details
- Understand client requirements, design intent, and project scope
- Align on camera angles, visual style, and expected outputs
2. 3D Modelling & Rendering
- Create detailed 3D models with realistic lighting, materials, and textures
- Prepare draft renders (grey/test renders) for internal and client feedback
- Revise renders based on feedback and quality standards
- Deliver final high-resolution images and walkthroughs
3. Coordination & File Management
- Work closely with internal teams including designers and senior visualisers
- Ensure all required inputs are available for smooth project execution
- Maintain organized project files and backups
- Archive completed projects properly
4. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest 3D tools and industry trends
- Participate in internal learning and improvement activities
- Continuously enhance skills based on feedback
Required Skills & Software:
Mandatory:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray or Corona Renderer
Good to Have:
- SketchUp or Maya
- Lumion / D5 Render / Blender / Unreal Engine
Post-Production Tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro / Illustrator
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality and accuracy of renders
- Timely delivery of projects
- Ability to understand and execute client requirements
- Reduction in revisions through improved output quality

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
