The Transformation Associate Manager supports the execution of transformation programs and strategic initiatives focused on productivity improvement, operational excellence, AI-led transformation, and business value realization. The role partners with business, operations, and transformation stakeholders to drive initiative execution, governance, analytics, and performance tracking while supporting delivery of measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • 8–12 years of experience in Transformation, Program Management, PMO, Operations Excellence, Consulting, Process Improvement, or Business Operations • Experience supporting medium to large-scale transformation programs • Strong project management, governance, and execution management skills • Experience working with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to perform diagnostics and identify improvement opportunities • Experience in process mapping, process redesign, and operating model transformation • Experience conducting workshops and working sessions with business and operational stakeholders • Exposure to process transition, migration, or transformation projects • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives from identification through implementation and value realization • Drive workstream deliverables, action tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution • Conduct process assessments and root cause analysis to identify productivity, automation, and transformation opportunities • Support implementation of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, OCR, workflow automation, analytics, and other digital transformation initiatives • Track realization of productivity, cost savings, quality improvements, and business benefits • Support governance forums, operating reviews, and transformation governance cadence • Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions • Maintain action logs and ensure timely closure of commitments across stakeholders • Escalate execution risks and constraints and support development of mitigation plans • Ensure compliance with transformation governance standards and reporting requirements • Maintain transformation pipeline, opportunity trackers, and benefits databases • Support evaluation and prioritization of opportunities based on business value and feasibility • Monitor implementation status, benefits realization, and ROI • Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into program performance • Analyze operational, financial, workforce, and transformation data to identify improvement opportunities • Define and track KPIs, productivity metrics, risk indicators, and value realization measures • Develop management reports, insights, dashboards, and executive summaries • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and integrity of transformation metrics • Support business case development through data analysis and benefits quantification • Partner with operations teams, business stakeholders, delivery leaders, and transformation teams to drive initiative execution • Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and project reviews • Support client discovery sessions and transformation assessments • Assist in documenting current-state processes, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps • Develop presentations, reports, and communications for leadership reviews • Support development of transformation playbooks, methodologies, templates, and reusable assets • Drive adoption of transformation best practices and standard methodologies • Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and operational excellence practices
