Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for pharma sales, marketing, manufacturing, corporate, and support functions. The candidate must be capable of sourcing quality talent, managing the hiring process efficiently, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Representatives, Area Sales Managers, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, HR, Accounts, IT, and other corporate functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and MIS reports.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Conduct reference and background verification wherever applicable.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and hiring strategies.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or Medical Devices industry.
- Prior experience in hiring Medical Representatives (MRs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), Product Managers, QA/QC professionals, Manufacturing staff, Regulatory Affairs professionals, and corporate support functions will be preferred.

Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,858.24 - ₹40,204.27 per month
