Role overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Language Trainer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training sessions and helping learners improve their communication skills for academic and professional purposes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English language training sessions for individuals and groups
- Assess learners' proficiency levels and design tailored learning plans
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop training materials, exercises, and assessments
- Support learners in improving reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Maintain records of attendance, progress, and learning outcomes
- Work from Office
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in English language training or IELTS Coaching
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style to different learner needs
- Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
Good to have
- Experience with IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE exam preparation and coaching
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
