We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
