We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst with strong expertise in Technical Analysis, Market Research, and Investment Strategy. The candidate will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying investment opportunities, developing trading/investment strategies, and providing actionable insights across equity and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed technical analysis of stocks, indices, derivatives, forex, and commodities.
* Analyse price action, chart patterns, volume, trends, support & resistance, and technical indicators.
* Develop and implement effective trading and investment strategies.
* Generate actionable buy/sell recommendations and investment ideas.
* Monitor domestic and global market trends, news, and macroeconomic factors.
* Prepare technical research reports, market updates, and investment insights.
* Track portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations.
* Apply effective risk management and position sizing strategies.
* Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment advisory teams to support investment decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Equity Research, Technical Analysis, Trading, Portfolio Management, or Investment Advisory.
* Strong knowledge of Technical Analysis and Trading Strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and market analysis tools/software.
* Good understanding of Indian Equity Markets, Derivatives, Forex, and Commodities.
* Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
* Salary -upto 6LPA
