*Timber Factory Sales Manager* *Role:* Handle sales of timber, plywood, and MDF directly from the factory office. No field visits required. *Responsibilities:* 1. *Handle Inquiries* - Receive and process orders from dealers and contractors via phone, WhatsApp, and email 2. *Send Quotations* - Share rates, grades, sizes, and delivery timelines with clients 3. *Order Processing* - Issue production slips to the factory team and check stock availability after order confirmation 4. *Client Coordination* - Call existing clients for repeat orders and follow up on pending payments 5. *Dispatch Planning* - Coordinate transport, loading, and prepare invoices 6. *Record Maintenance* - Update daily sales, pending payments, and stock in Excel/Google Sheets *Requirements:* - Complete knowledge of timber/plywood grades - MR, BWR, Calibrated - Strong communication and deal-closing skills over the phone - Basic computer skills - Excel, WhatsApp, Email *KPI:* Monthly sales, call volume, payment collection, client retention
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
