Key Responsibilities:
- Generated qualified leads for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional manner.
- Identified customer requirements, assessed eligibility, and converted potential prospects into sales opportunities.
- Maintained and updated customer information, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM systems.
- Conducted regular follow-ups with interested customers to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Coordinated with sales and loan processing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and application processing.
- Achieved assigned targets for lead generation, customer engagement, and product referrals while maintaining service quality standards.
- Built and maintained positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and/or Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with calling systems.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience may apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
