About the Role
We are a fast-growing education technology company looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to help expand our maths learning programs across schools, preschools, tutoring centres, and parents.
This is a target-driven field sales role focused on building relationships, visiting schools and education centres, generating leads, giving product demonstrations, and driving enrolments.
You must be confident speaking with principals, teachers, centre owners, and parents, and be comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, preschools, learning centres, and coaching institutes daily
Generate new leads and build strong local relationships
Conduct product demonstrations for teachers and parents
Promote our learning solutions for children aged 2–10 years
Convert leads into school partnerships and parent sign-ups
Attend education events, expos, and local activations
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain lead and sales updates in CRM/sheets
Provide feedback from schools and parents to the internal team
Requirements
1–5 years experience in field sales, education sales, ed-tech, B2B or direct sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field travel and daily client visits
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital products preferred
Experience selling into schools or education sector is a bonus
