Position Overview
We are seeking a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Manager to scale online sales profitably. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins and achieving measurable return on advertising spend (ROAS).
This is not a brand awareness role. Success will be measured based on profitable revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate improvements, and overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Marketplace Advertising.
- Increase online Shopify sales while maintaining target profit margins.
- Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize wasted ad spend.
- Continuously monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization, A/B testing, and customer journey improvements.
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns to increase repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Develop affiliate and partnership programs to drive low-cost customer acquisition.
- Implement SEO strategies to reduce dependence on paid advertising.
- Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with management to align marketing activities with revenue and profitability goals.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing six-figure annual advertising budgets.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, SEO, Email Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make business decisions.
- Experience scaling e-commerce brands profitably.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and customer acquisition economics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The candidate will be evaluated primarily on:
Revenue Growth
- Month-over-month revenue growth target: 10%-15%
ROAS
- Maintain minimum blended ROAS of 4X
- Preferred target ROAS of 5X+
Customer Acquisition Cost
- Reduce CAC quarter-over-quarter
Conversion Rate
- Increase website conversion rate by minimum 15% annually
Average Order Value
- Increase AOV through upsell and cross-sell strategies
Email Marketing
- Generate minimum 15%-20% of total monthly revenue from email campaigns
Organic Growth
- Increase organic traffic by minimum 25% annually
Profitability
- Marketing activities must contribute positive net margin growth
Agency & Vendor Management
- Evaluate and manage external agencies and freelancers.
- Hold vendors accountable for performance metrics.
- Recommend budget reallocations based on profitability data.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Performance bonuses will be tied to:
- Revenue growth targets
- ROAS achievement
- Customer acquisition targets
- Profitability improvements
- New customer growth
