As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and expand the distribution network in the Chennai District, Tamilnadu region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and make a significant impact on our business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding Distributors under the appointed Super Stockist
- Each distributor will be assigned a territory radius of approximately 10 km
- We operate strictly on a 100% advance payment model
- Distributors must make the advance payment to the Super Stockist to confirm their territory.
- Identifying, appointing, and onboarding Super Stockist, Distributors, and Channel Partners in the assigned primary market.
- Developing and executing market-entry strategies for new territories.
- Achieving assigned primary sales targets and expanding market coverage.
- Building strong trade relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- You will be directly responsible for market performance and primary revenue generation in your assigned territory.
