Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Associate to help build Yeti’s online presence. The person will assist with content planning, research, coordination, publishing and performance tracking across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research relevant content ideas, industry trends and competitor activity.
- Help prepare monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Write captions, hooks, video concepts and short-form scripts.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and team members for content production.
- Assist with shooting reels, product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, leads and other performance metrics.
- Identify which content formats and topics perform best.
- Suggest new campaigns and creative experiments to improve Yeti’s visibility.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
