· Operate conventional milling machine with DRO system
· Read and understand engineering drawings
· Set up workpieces using clamps, vices, and fixtures
· Perform drilling, slotting, facing, contouring, and keyway cutting
· Maintain dimensional accuracy as per tolerances
· Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Dial indicator
· Select proper cutting tools and cutting parameters
· Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures
· Ensure timely completion of job orders
