We are looking for a proactive and confident Corporate Relations Intern to support our Placement & Corporate Relations team. In this role, you will connect with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to help create internship and employment opportunities for students. You will also assist in coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining professional relationships with employer partners.
This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy professional communication, relationship building, and working with organizations.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable communicating through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies that may have internship or hiring opportunities.
- Reach out to HR professionals, recruiters, and company representatives through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate organizations.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment schedules with employers.
- Assist in arranging placement drives, interviews, career events, and employer interactions.
- Follow up with companies regarding vacancies, interview schedules, and hiring updates.
- Maintain accurate records of employer contacts, recruitment status, and placement activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of placement-related processes.
- Prepare reports and update placement-related databases as required.
