Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Remote Tech support for configuration of DVR/NVR for remote access (From Office)
- Technical Knowledge & Hands on Experience for IP/NVR Base CCTV System
- Technical Knowledge & Hands on Experience in Analog/IP, CP-Plus, Hikvision, Dahua,
Matrix, ESSL
- Basic Knowledge of POE Switch, Electric Wiring, Earthing & UPS Troubleshooting
- Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Configuration of CCTV systems, Electronic
Security Systems, Intrusion Alarm System
- Basic Technical Support at Network Level: WAN & LAN Connectivity
- Fast Turnaround of Customer Request & Ability to Work in a Team and Communicate
Effectively
- As per Projects/AMC requirements person might have to work at customer site/travel.
- On Boarding CCTV Resellers across India, being a nodal point of communication.
- Experience in installation of LAN/WAN DATA Network, CCTV System, Access Controls
& Other IT Systems.
- Experience in device configurations storage servers, switches, Wi-Fi routers, desktops etc.
- Implementation & handover of system in stipulated timelines without any escalations.
- Work as per the Customer Site Requirements & follow the local Process &
Procedures.
Experience:
- Min 6m - 3 years Experience in Networking, CCTV, Access Controls systems, Electronic
- Security, and IT industry.
- Knowledge on Hardware Networking, Cabling, IP Cameras, Servers, Switches,
- Routers etc.
- Knowledge on Software Technical Skills Configurations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
