Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive to develop and manage institutional sales of fresh goat meat to Hotels, Restaurants, Dhaba operators, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, and Corporate Food Services.
The candidate must have prior experience in HoReCa food sales and an active network within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard hotels, restaurants, dhabas, caterers, and corporate kitchens
- Generate regular bulk orders for fresh goat meat
- Conduct product presentations and sampling when required
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and chefs
- Ensure timely order coordination with operations team
- Collect payments as per company policy
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in HoReCa / food B2B sales
- Experience in meat, poultry, frozen food, or food distribution preferred
- Existing network of restaurant / hotel purchase contacts
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel locally within Kolkata
- Basic knowledge of meat handling and quality standards
- Own two-wheeler preferred
