Profile: Project Site Engineer-Engineering-Surat-3.6 LPA
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary Range: 25k to 30k (negotiable)
Roles:
- Manage daily site activities and workforce
- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and ensure safety compliance
- Ensure use of proper safety equipment on-site
- Prepare project timelines, labour plans, and material schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
- Plan and manage material requirements and inventory
- Maintain proper storage, security, and stock records
- Supervise contractors and labour teams
- Maintain labour attendance and contractor performance reports
- Submit daily work reports and project updates
- Maintain proper site documentation and inspection records
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and execution
- Conduct weekly project review presentations
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)
