Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service vehicles.
- Monitor routes and track deliveries or service calls.
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding schedules and delays.
- Maintain logs, records, and dispatch documentation.
- Respond quickly to emergencies or operational changes.
- Use dispatch software, GPS systems, and communication tools.
- Coordinate with management to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
