Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls from international (US-based) customers. If you have strong communication skills and experience in international voice support, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and confidently with excellent communication skills
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions [ USA accent ]
- Accurately record call details and follow processes
- Support team operations, including shift coverage when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international (US) inbound voice process
- Proficient with MS office - Excel and word
- Good command of spoken English in neutral accent - very fluent and confident [is a must]
- Comfortable working in n i g h t s h i f t s : 9 p m to 6 a m
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop for remote work
- Ready to take up any task given apart from customer service
