Job Summary
We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage POSP coordination and motor insurance renewal activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with POSPs agents, handling renewal follow-ups, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely renewal of motor insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with POSP agents for motor insurance renewal business.
· Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and due dates.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with POSP agents and customers.
· Communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
· Maintain and update renewal and lead records regularly.
· Support policy issuance, renewal processing, and documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing.
· Resolve customer and POS agent queries related to motor insurance renewals.
· Monitor renewal status and ensure timely policy renewals.
· Prepare and maintain daily renewal and coordination reports.
Required Skills
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance, preferably in renewals.
· Good communication and relationship management skills.
· Hindi communication is mandatory.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
Eligibility
· Any Degree.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance.
· Willing to work from Taramani, Chennai.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
