Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month (Performance Based)
Job Role:
- Handle customer calls and register complaints
- Coordinate and assign service requests to Service Engineers
- Follow up on service status and customer queries
- Maintain service records and reports
- No Sales or Marketing Work
Requirements:
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayam
- Basic computer knowledge
