Job Brief:
Lead delivery of digital accessibility audits, guide junior team members, and contribute to frameworks, playbooks, and overall accessibility solutions for client-facing projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital accessibility audits for web, mobile, and document-based assets.
- Plan and assign audit tasks, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to accessibility standards and quality.
- Conduct detailed manual and automated accessibility evaluations using tools like AXE, WAVE, ARC Toolkit, and browser dev tools.
- Review code and ARIA implementations to identify violations and recommend appropriate fixes.
- Test using assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Guide remediation by suggesting code-level solutions and best practices.
- Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and client-readiness.
- Mentor and support junior analysts/testers by reviewing findings, providing feedback, and enabling skills development.
- Interact with client teams to clarify findings, provide technical input, and support remediation discussions.
- Contribute to development and evolution of internal playbooks, testing checklists, and reusable audit/reporting templates.
- Stay updated with latest accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2, IS 17802, GIGW 3.0, and evolving international guidelines.
- Participate in solution design for accessibility integration in client products and engineering processes.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital accessibility testing, audits, and consulting
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, ARIA, and front-end accessibility practices
- Proficiency with screen readers and testing tools across platforms
- Experience managing accessibility projects and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Ability to document issues with clarity and communicate recommendations effectively to developers and stakeholders
- Experience working with International and enterprise clients and accessibility conformance documentation (VPATs, ACRs) is a plus
- Good English communication skills—written and verbal
- IAAP CPACC or WAS certification preferred

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
