Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.

Ensure coding standards, best practices, and process improvements.

Handle code reviews, sprint planning, task allocation, and technical guidance.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide optimised solutions.

Work on system design, database optimisation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

Promote innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience in multiple programming languages/technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, React, or similar.

Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and micro services.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
