Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is looking for a motivated and dynamic Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking segment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of agents to meet and exceed targets. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the branch.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents to improve their sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
