Responsibilities:
* Attend customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
* Assist customers with basic POS machine-related queries.
* Maintain customer records and documentation.
* Prepare invoices and payment records.
* Track collections and outstanding payments.
* Maintain daily accounts and expense records.
* Perform data entry and filing work.
* Assist management with office administration tasks.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally is preferred.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to handle customers professionally.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
