The role includes raw material handling, mixing, processing, quality checking, cleaning, and maintaining production records as per company standards and safety guidelines.
- Load and unload raw materials safely.
- Transfer chemicals using proper handling methods.
- Maintain proper storage and segregation of chemicals.
- Follow PPE and chemical safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping in production area.
- Handle chemicals according to MSDS guidelines.
- Follow fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Comply with GMP, ISO, and factory safety standards.
Equipment Maintenance
- Clean reactors, tanks, pipelines, and utensils after production.
- Assist maintenance team during breakdowns or preventive maintenance.
- Report equipment issues to supervisor.
Pay: ₹12,229.12 - ₹18,000.00 per month
