Job Purpose
To provide compassionate care to elderly residents while ensuring a welcoming experience for donors, visitors, and volunteers. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting donor engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Resident Care
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility, feeding, and daily living activities.
- Ensure residents receive timely meals, water, and basic care.
- Observe residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to the supervisor or medical staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
B. Health & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and common areas.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Report emergencies, accidents, or health concerns immediately.
- Assist during medical check-ups and emergency situations.
C. Donor & Visitor Relations
- Welcome donors, visitors, corporate representatives, and volunteers.
- Coordinate donor visits and ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Provide information about the organization's activities and impact.
- Maintain donor and visitor records.
- Assist in organizing donor meetings, celebrations, CSR visits, and fundraising events.
- Coordinate with the management team for donor communication and follow-up.
- Ensure thank-you messages, acknowledgements, and basic documentation are completed after donor visits.
D. Administrative Support
- Maintain daily resident care records and visitor registers.
- Assist in preparing reports related to resident care and donor visits.
- Support inventory management for resident care supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
E. General Responsibilities
- Uphold the dignity, privacy, and rights of all residents.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and donor information.
- Wear the prescribed uniform and ID card during duty.
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in caregiving, hospitality, NGO operations, customer service, or donor relations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and record keeping).

Working Hours

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
