Role Overview
The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of civil construction projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior projects that align with brand identity, customer experience, and operational efficiency across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare project schedule, work plan, and resource allocation Coordinate with client, consultants, and site team for smooth execution Monitor progress and ensure targets are met as per timeline.
2. Site & Technical Management Oversee all civil, structural, and finishing works at site Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications Ensure quality control and adherence to IS codes / project specs
3. Cost & Contract Management: Prepare budget estimates and track project costs Handle subcontractor agreements, RA bills, and vendor managementControl wastage and optimize material + manpower usage
4. Safety, Compliance & ReportingEnsure strict compliance with HSE, labor laws, and company policiesConduct safety meetings and toolbox talks with Safety OfficerSubmit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to management and client
5. Team Leadership: Manage site engineers, supervisors, and manpower
Required Qualifications & Experience Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. /
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
