Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager with strong exposure to manufacturing-unit HR operations, statutory compliance, contractual manpower and administration. The candidate should have experience managing a workforce of 250+ employees and be capable of independently handling HR, administration, compliance, audits and MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR & Administration operations for a manufacturing unit with a workforce of 250+ employees.
- Handle contractual manpower, contractors, manpower deployment, attendance and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, licences and certifications.
- Manage statutory records, renewals, returns, inspections and compliance audits.
- Coordinate internal, external, customer and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality & Business Management Standards, including QS, TS, ISO and CTPAT.
- Maintain all required licences, certificates, registers and compliance documentation.
- Manage vehicles, transportation, security, housekeeping, facilities and other administrative resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and external agencies.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.
- Monitor HR/Admin costs and identify opportunities for cost improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support management with HR analytics, manpower reports, attendance, attrition and other key HR data.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement and general employee relations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the manufacturing facility from an HR and administrative perspective.

Qualification

- Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources / Industrial Relations is essential/preferred
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Candidate Preference
- 10–15 years of total experience
- Minimum 8 years of recent experience in a manufacturing unit
- Must have handled a workforce of 250+ employees
- Candidates with shorter travel time to the workplace will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate may also be considered.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹6 Lakh per annum
