Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to support efficient testing cycles.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify defects to ensure software quality.
- Familiarity with integrating automated testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
