Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day valet parking operations at the airport.
Ensure timely and professional vehicle handling (pick-up/drop) in accordance with SOPs.
Implement and monitor systems for vehicle safety, tracking, and damage prevention.
Coordinate shift schedules and duty rosters for drivers and supervisors to ensure adequate
coverage.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, train, and motivate the team of valet drivers, cashiers, and supervisors.
Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and refresher training on customer handling,
grooming, and traffic/airport compliance.
Resolve staff grievances and maintain discipline.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure top-notch customer experience through courteous and prompt service.
Handle escalations, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and resolution focus.
Monitor service feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure all operations comply with airport security, traffic, and parking regulations.
Liaise with airport authorities, internal stakeholders, and other external vendors for smooth
operations.
Ensure all staff hold valid airport entry permits, IDs, and are aware of airside safety norms.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily reports on vehicle volumes, revenue collection, staff attendance, incident logs, and
customer feedback.
Submit periodic MIS reports to senior management.
Ensure proper documentation and resolution of any vehicle damage or insurance cases.
Revenue & Asset Management:
Ensure accurate cash handling and POS system reconciliation.
Monitor valet ticketing system and suggest improvements to reduce pilferage or fraud.
