About the Role
Premium Property 4 U, a real estate firm based in Calicut, is hiring a Business Development Executive to work with company-provided leads, understand client requirements, and help them find the right property.We're looking for someone driven to grow fast and take on more responsibility as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with company-provided leads and identify client requirements
- Present property options and explain project details clearly
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up
- Support clients through the sales process to closing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily sales activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
