Location: Goa
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials, FF&E, OS&E, consumables, building materials and services for luxury villas and hospitality operations.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors aligned with Lohono Stays quality and service standards.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, and Villa Management teams to understand requirements.
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and inventory replenishment across properties.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve quality, cost, or delivery-related issues.
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Manage and coordinate a team of bikers responsible for pickup and delivery activities, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Education:
Experience:
- 2 – 8 years of relevant procurement experience. Preference for candidates from hospitality, luxury villas, real estate, or facilities management.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of hospitality procurement including FF&E, OS&E, and consumables.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
Personal Traits:
- Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution ability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
