Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Manpower Management
- Manage and supervise labor teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate daily work targets to site workers.
- Maintain labor attendance and productivity records.
- Resolve on-site workforce issues efficiently.
Material Management
- Monitor material requirements and site inventory.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Verify material quality before usage.
- Maintain material consumption and stock records.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and company guidelines.
- Identify and rectify workmanship defects.
- Maintain quality checklists and reports.
Project Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones and update management.
- Maintain site documentation, measurements, and records.
- Report delays, risks, and resource requirements.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings for workers.
- Maintain compliance with local construction regulations.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings and site inspections.
- Provide project updates and resolve site-related concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in managing labor, materials, and site execution.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of RCC, Brickwork, Plastering, Flooring, Waterproofing, and Finishing Works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
