Requitement:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage profit center, optimize revenue, sales, and marketing.
- Liaise with local bodies, associates, and community to maintain positive relationships.
- Provide counselling in various locations like villages, schools, and hubs.
- Implement and review processes for high-quality education and team management.
- Ensure quality education, student placements, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HO to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead team training, development, and engagement to reduce attrition.
- Oversee mobilisation and track competition/market trends for feedback to HO.
Skills Requirement:
- Mandatory: Graduation (Any Stream)
Past Experience/Skills Required:
- 4-5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in managing independent profit centre operations.
- Experience leading a team of 6-7 members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.
- Background in the training industry is a must.
- Preferable: Experience managing CSR or Skills projects
- Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Sales
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
