Position Summary
The CSR Project Assistant will support the CSR & Partnerships team in developing, managing, and executing CSR-funded projects and collaborations. This role involves coordination, documentation, proposal development, reporting, and relationship management with corporate partners, PSUs, and institutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about wildlife conservation, social impact, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Implementation
· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR-funded projects across education, tribal rehabilitation, environmental awareness, and wildlife protection.
· Coordinate with field teams, project managers, and partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation.
· Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
2. CSR Documentation & Proposal Support
· Prepare concept notes, project proposals, donor decks, budgets, and reports for corporate and PSU partners.
· Gather data, case studies, and impact metrics from field teams to support proposal development.
· Assist in preparing annual reports, presentations, and fund utilization documents.
3. Donor & Stakeholder Engagement
· Support communication and relationship-building with corporate CSR teams, PSUs, and foundations.
· Assist in organizing donor visits, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
· Maintain donor databases, correspondence, and partnership records.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
· Track project indicators, milestones, and outcomes to ensure compliance with CSR mandates.
· Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports.
· Ensure documentation of beneficiaries, training sessions, outreach activities, and field interventions.
5. CSR Employee Engagement, Administrative & Coordination Support
· Coordinate CSR Employee Engagement Events, workshops, awareness campaigns, and merchandise stalls as needed.
· Support internal communication, scheduling, and logistics for CSR-related activities.
· Maintain organized records, files, and project archives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in CSR, development sector projects, fundraising, or NGO operations preferred.
· Experience working with corporate CSR teams or PSUs is an advantage.
Technical Skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to draft proposals, reports, and professional emails.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Research and data compilation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
