Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the hotel industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves creating a warm welcome for guests, ensuring smooth front office operations, and delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Handle guests efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Process payments, invoices, and billing accurately.
- Assist with concierge services, local information, and travel arrangements when required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Mandatory: 1–2 years of front office experience in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and welcoming personality.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
