Job description :
Gayathri Constructions is hiring a Marketing Officer for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant in Trichy. The selected candidate will be responsible for field marketing, developing client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Promote RMC products and generate sales leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups
Requirements :
- 2–3 years of marketing experience construction or RMC industry preferred
- Strong verbal communication and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Basic knowledge of construction materials is an advantage
