About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented admin executive cum basic accountant to support our day-to-day administrative operations and maintain accurate financial records.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who is comfortable managing office administration, maintaining documentation, and handling routine correspondence. This is a dual-function role that requires both organisational discipline and a basic understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
- Maintain and organise physical and digital records, files, registers, and official documents
- Draft, format, and dispatch official letters, notices, reports, and internal circulars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, post, and courier
- Maintain attendance registers, leave records, and staff-related documentation
- Support project teams in documentation, data entry, and field coordination activities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in accounting registers or software
- Manage petty cash, maintain the petty cash register
- Assist in the preparation of financial summaries
- Ensure timely filing and documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
