We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products/services to drive sales and generate high-quality leads.Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases and scripts; handle incoming customer inquiries effectively.
- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Nurture leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team.
- Data Management: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates. [1, 2]
- Product Knowledge: Stay fully updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven prior experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Soft Skills: Strong powers of persuasion, high resilience to handle rejection, and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and hands-on experience with CRM software and dialing systems. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹8,519.42 - ₹30,855.53 per month
