1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, Google, references, and online platforms
Conduct regular cold calls and introductory outreach to potential clients
Reach out to HR, Marketing, Admin, and Procurement teams for business opportunities
Schedule meetings and coordinate client discussions
Maintain proper lead database and follow-up tracker
2. Product Promotion & Marketing Communication
Collect daily product updates, catalogs, and new launches from suppliers
Share products and gifting ideas regularly with clients through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
Assist in social media posting and client engagement activities
Promote trending, seasonal, and customized gifting solutions to clients
3. Catalogue Management & Creative Support
Organize and maintain supplier catalogues, product sheets, and marketing files
Create and update basic catalogues, presentations, and product creatives using Canva
Ensure all product information, images, and pricing sheets are properly maintained and easily accessible
Support in preparing client presentations and product proposal documents
4. Client Meetings & Coordination
Travel with the founder for client meetings, presentations, and business visits when required
Assist during client discussions, requirement understanding, and product presentations
Coordinate samples, meeting schedules, and follow-up actions after meetings
5. Client Follow-Up & Servicing
Regular follow-up on inquiries, quotations, approvals, and pending discussions
Reconnect with old and inactive clients for repeat business opportunities
Ensure no inquiry, lead, or client communication is missed
Maintain smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and management
6. Order Coordination & Operations Support
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, branding, production, and dispatches
Track order progress and delivery timelines
Keep clients updated regarding production and dispatch status
Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders
7. Reporting & Data Management
Maintain lead trackers, quotation sheets, and client databases using Microsoft Excel
Share regular reports and updates with management
Keep records properly organized and updated for easy tracking
8. Digital & AI Tool Knowledge
Basic understanding and usage of AI tools for productivity and communication support
Ability to use digital tools for research, content drafting, and workflow management
Comfortable working with online business tools and communication platforms
9. Expected Work Approach
Be proactive, organized, and disciplined with follow-ups and daily tasks
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and timelines
Continuously learn about products, gifting trends, and client requirements
Support overall business growth and reduce operational dependency on the founder
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
