Experience: 2- 5 yrs
Job Description:
- Attend in-person dictation sessions with radiologists to transcribe radiology reports.
- Accurately capture detailed findings, impressions, and recommendations as dictated by the radiologists.
- Ensure timely and precise transcription of reports during or immediately after the dictation session.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all documentation is current and accurately reflects the dictated information.
- Review and edit reports for grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to medical terminology.
- Verify the accuracy of transcribed content and address any discrepancies or errors promptly.
