Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert warm leads generated through marketing and site visits into successful bookings.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients from post-site visit till final sale closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Conduct price negotiations, assist in financial discussions, and guide clients through paperwork and booking formalities.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, channel partners, and developers to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of queries.
- Track and maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, document collection, and payment scheduling.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the closing process to improve conversion efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or client management (closing experience is a must).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.
