We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation, while also being comfortable using various computer applications and digital tools. The candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, captions, creatives, and short-form content.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create basic graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Edit images and simple videos for social media.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and content requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing techniques.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or any relevant field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
