Position: Service Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment plants at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, be willing to travel extensively for field service, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, commission, and service RO water treatment plants.
* Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown service calls at customer sites.
* Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues related to RO systems.
* Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacement of components when required.
* Maintain accurate service reports and documentation after each customer visit.
* Provide technical guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of RO systems.
* Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of service requests.
* Follow company safety standards and service procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing RO plants, water treatment systems, or related equipment.
* Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Good communication skills in English and Tamil .
* Must own a two-wheeler for field service visits.
* Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
* Willing to travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and service work.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
