Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Prepare staff duty schedules and monitor attendance.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and operational expenses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
