Job Description
- 8–12 years’ experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Strong understanding of OTM modules, configurations, and integrations
- Oracle PL/SQL proficiency
- Manufacturing/Supply Chain domain knowledge
- Good communication skills (English, spoken/written)
- Team player
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end OTM implementations
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management, including modules, configurations, and integration capabilities
- Good knowledge of Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments
- Workbench designing, report development, and process automations
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant technologies for OTM customization and integration
- Align with external IT partners and Carrier IT teams for seamless integration
- Work with stakeholders to understand transportation needs and business processes
- Design and configure OTM modules to meet business requirements
- Set up and configure OTM, including data mapping, integration, and system testing
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolve technical/functional issues
- Educate users and stakeholders on OTM functionalities and best practices
